Terms of Use

Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms are between you and Jose Alonso Ugaz Díaz, the Developer of Isekai: Demon King, operating from Peru. You may use the game only if you can legally agree to these Terms and meet the minimum age and other requirements of your country and platform. If parental consent is required, your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms.

Limited right to use the game

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the game for non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Anonymous accounts and progress

The game currently uses anonymous Unity Authentication. An anonymous account may depend on local device credentials and supported cloud records. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and recording your Player ID. Progress recovery after uninstalling, clearing app data, losing a device, or changing devices may be limited and is not guaranteed.

Digital purchases

The game may offer digital items or entitlements through Apple App Store and StoreKit or through Google Play and Google Play Billing. Apple or Google processes the payment. Prices, taxes, payment processing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable store and law. Unless required otherwise, digital purchases are licensed for use in the game rather than sold as personal property and may change as the game evolves.

Virtual currency and items

Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value outside the game, cannot be redeemed for money from the Developer, and may not be sold, traded, or transferred outside systems expressly provided by the game. They are limited, revocable game entitlements, not bank deposits, investments, or ownership interests.

PvP and player conduct

Competition must remain fair. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or target other players with hateful or abusive conduct.
• Use bots, automation, unauthorized software, modified clients, or tools that interfere with the game.
• Manipulate matchmaking, rankings, purchases, network traffic, game data, or service results.
• Exploit, conceal, sell, or teach others to exploit bugs or unintended mechanics.
• Commit fraud, chargeback abuse, account trading, or unauthorized commercial activity.
• Attempt to access another player’s account, private information, or restricted systems.

The Developer may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, reset, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the game and its players.

Updates and game balance

The game, rules, content, progression, rewards, items, virtual currency, features, and balance may change over time. Updates may be required to continue playing. The Developer does not promise that any particular feature, item, strategy, ranking, or level of progress will remain unchanged.

Service availability

The game may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, faults, security events, provider outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Features may differ by device, platform, region, or version. To the extent permitted by law, continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The game and its original code, names, designs, characters, artwork, text, audio, systems, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback may be used to improve the game without an obligation to compensate you.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. You remain responsible for your device, connection, platform account, and compliance with local law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the game at any time. The Developer may suspend or end access when these Terms are violated, when required by law or a platform, to protect users or services, or if the game is discontinued. Provisions that logically continue after termination—including ownership and restrictions—will remain effective.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the game or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
