Who we are and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Jose Alonso Ugaz Díaz (the “Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information when you use Isekai: Demon King, including beta versions distributed through TestFlight. The game is operated from Peru and uses Apple, Google Play, and Unity services for anonymous accounts, cloud saves, purchases, online features, and rewarded advertising.
This policy applies to the game and its related online services. It does not replace the privacy policies of Apple, Google, Unity, or mediated advertising networks, which may process information under their own terms.
Information we process
The information processed depends on the features you use, your platform, device settings, region, consent choices, and service availability.
2.1 Account and service identifiers
- An anonymous Unity Authentication Player ID and internal account identifiers used to create, recognize, secure, and restore the game account.
- The name you choose for the Custodian and other profile information entered inside the game.
- An app account token or similar internal identifier used to associate verified store transactions with the correct anonymous game account.
- The game automatically creates or retrieves an anonymous account. It does not currently offer sign-in with email, password, Google, Apple, or OAuth.
2.2 Gameplay and cloud-save data
Game progress, heroes, inventory, equipment, virtual currencies, rankings and PvP records, expeditions, mailbox data, event participation, settings, language, security and synchronization records, and other gameplay state needed to operate, save, restore, validate, and protect progress.
2.3 In-app purchase information
For Apple platforms, this may include App Store product IDs, StoreKit and App Store transaction identifiers, signed transaction information or receipts, purchase environment, app account token, purchase status, and delivery status.
For Google Play, this may include Google Play Billing product IDs, purchase tokens, purchase status, delivery status, and transaction-verification results.
Apple and Google process payments. The Developer does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Tokens, receipts, transaction identifiers, and duplicate-prevention records may be retained to validate purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, handle refunds or disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
2.4 Advertising, device, and approximate-location information
Optional rewarded ads may be provided through Unity LevelPlay and mediated advertising networks. Depending on device settings, consent, region, and network availability, providers may process device identifiers, IDFA where permitted, Android Advertising ID where applicable, ad interactions, approximate location derived from IP or provider signals, IP/network information, product interaction, and device characteristics.
On Apple devices, App Tracking Transparency applies where required, and privacy choices are available in iOS settings. On Android, applicable advertising and privacy controls are available through Android and Google Play settings. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent basic gameplay, although ad personalization or availability may change.
2.5 Technical, diagnostic, and support information
Device model, iOS or Android version, installed game version, network status, crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, error records, and information you voluntarily provide when contacting support, such as your email address, message, and screenshots.
2.6 Information we do not intentionally request
The current version does not intentionally request precise location, contacts, photos or videos, camera, microphone, health data, calendar data, complete payment-card information, or unrestricted web browsing. The game does not currently provide public chat or publication of user-generated content.
2.7 Generative artificial intelligence
The app does not currently contain user-facing generative artificial-intelligence features and does not send players’ personal data to artificial-intelligence providers.
AI-assisted tools may have been used during development to support the creation, editing, or review of code, text, or creative resources. That use occurs outside the app and does not involve access to or processing of player data.
How we use information
- Create, recognize, secure, and restore the anonymous player account.
- Save and synchronize progress and provide gameplay, rankings, PvP, expeditions, events, mailbox functions, and remote content.
- Retrieve products; verify Apple App Store and Google Play transactions; deliver purchases; and prevent duplicate delivery, rewards, abuse, or fraud.
- Load, display, measure, and improve optional rewarded advertising.
- Diagnose crashes, errors, performance problems, security incidents, and connection issues.
- Respond to support, privacy, account-deletion, and data-deletion requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use and game rules.
Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of the service requested by the player; the Developer’s legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and preventing abuse of the game; consent for advertising, tracking, or optional permissions where required; and compliance with legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be shared or made available only as needed to operate the game, comply with law, protect users and the service, or complete a lawful business transaction. Current categories of recipients include:
- Unity Technologies and Unity Gaming Services, including Unity Authentication, Unity Cloud Save, Unity Cloud Code, Unity IAP, and Unity LevelPlay.
- Apple, including the Apple App Store, StoreKit, TestFlight, and payment or transaction-verification services.
- Google Play, including Google Play Billing and purchase-verification services.
- Advertising networks and bidding partners mediated through LevelPlay. Their identities may change; this policy does not name unconfirmed networks.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law, needed to protect rights and security, or involved in a lawful business transfer.
The Developer does not sell personal information for money. Some laws may classify certain advertising disclosures as “selling” or “sharing”; required notices, consent, or opt-out choices will be provided where applicable.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account and progress data may be retained while the account is active and until deletion is requested or the data is no longer needed.
- Purchase, receipt, token, transaction, and anti-fraud records may be retained longer to prevent duplicate delivery, address refunds or disputes, maintain security, and meet legal, tax, or accounting duties.
- Support communications are retained for the time needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records.
- Advertising and technical data retained by Apple, Google, Unity, or advertising partners is governed by their practices and applicable law.
Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify a person may be retained.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, including platform security, authenticated Unity services, server-side transaction verification, access controls, and duplicate-transaction protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
International processing
The game is operated from Peru and relies on international service providers. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, providers and the Developer use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
Children and age
Isekai: Demon King is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The Developer does not knowingly request personal information from children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child provided information improperly so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Submit privacy requests to proyectoascension1.0@gmail.com and include your Player ID when available so the correct anonymous account can be located.
- Manage advertising and tracking choices through App Tracking Transparency and iOS privacy settings on Apple devices, or through Android and Google Play privacy settings on supported Android devices.
- You may stop future collection by discontinuing use and uninstalling the app, although previously stored account or transaction records may remain until deleted or no longer required.
Requests are handled subject to applicable law and necessary exceptions. The Developer may request reasonable information needed to verify that a request relates to the correct anonymous account.
Account and data deletion
To request deletion of the automatically generated game account and associated data, contact proyectoascension1.0@gmail.com and include the Player ID when available.
Only records required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, or legal and accounting obligations may be retained. The game does not currently claim to provide an in-app deletion button.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game, providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The published version will show the effective date and the latest update date.
